Team Coaching
If you're looking to get into olympic weightlifting then we advise starting with team coaching,
Sessions are at:
Monday 1930-2030
Wednesday 1830-1930
We coach in small classes of no more than 4 people. As weightlifting has many complicated coaching points, we keep classes small so you can get a lot of attention and ultimately improve your technical lifting ability. The small atmosphere is great for learning, having fun and making friends.
Please let us know if you are planning a drop in session so we can confirm availability and make arrangements for you.
£60p/month for 1xsession per week

Team + Programming
We advise Team + Programming for intermediate to advanced athletes who have developed the basics and are looking to take their lifting ability to the next level. With programming, you get tailored weightlifting programming to work on what you need. With this package you get access to all monthly sessions and private programming.
All programmes include:
-Full training programme
-Access to training library
-Tailored to your level and ability
-Specific to what you need to improve
-Weekly check-ins with your coach

1-1 Coaching
1-1 Coaching is for those with those that are looking to get completely personalised coaching.
Within 1-1 coaches we work around developing weaknesses, improving technique and training around/rehabilitating injuries that are specific to you.
This is particularly handy if you are having difficulty developing a certain aspect of training, you're preparing for competition or you just one some more attention to detail.
